How to ask for declined offer back?

Had 2 offers - big pharma and big oil. Positions and TC was almost same with Oil paying a lil bit more. Pharma offered $3,5k a month, oil $3,8k a month. ( i live in eastern europe)

Pharma gave me 3 days to decide, i asked for +2 more days to decide. Then i asked them whether they can bump the pay, to what they replied - no. I talked with manager what career opportunites they can give me, etc. And then on next day i gave a him a call saying - unfourtenately, i won't be able to accept your offer.

Now 5 days has passed, i regret it. Can i still get that offer back? I saw that they updated that job posting on linkedin.

Any ideas how to explain him why i decided to change my mind? I guess he thinks that i've just chased money over their offer.
