How to differentiate during the corona-virus era ?

Hi there, So essentially I'm asking if anyone has any advice on how to make their CV stand out during these uncertain times. I'm a first-year and of course, internships are out of the question due to social distancing. so I was wondering what could one do. so far I have applied to a virtual internship and I am taking some online courses in SQL and Python, but that's about it. I was sort of considering starting to look into doing CIMA or ACCA but I have a feeling this is dumb and I'm too early into the degree for this. any advice would be appreciated

for context, I'm looking to get into IB, either boutique or BB, and then eventually id like to break into Private equity/hedge fund after 3-4 years in IB (I realise this is hard lol)

Kind regards.
