How to fill out Workday Experience Section

Hi everybody,

I started submitting applications to banks. My resume is split into two sections (work experience and leadership experience), and my experiences are reverse chronological within each section. When Workday scans my resume and uploads my activities to work experience, my experiences are no longer in reverse chronological order because it just copies them as is on my resume without regard for the split between work experience and leadership experience. Should I manually change the order to have everything in reverse chronological order or just keep it the way that Workday scans it?

Based on the most helpful WSO content, it's recommended to manually adjust the order in Workday to ensure everything is in reverse chronological order. Recruiters and hiring managers often prefer to see experiences listed this way for clarity and ease of review. While Workday may scan and upload your resume as-is, taking the extra step to organize your entries properly demonstrates attention to detail and professionalism, which are critical in the finance industry.
