I’m a current sophomore at a non-target and I’ve done like 7 diversity programs without networking. Have a decent GPA and solid interview skills and you’ll be good.

If you're intending to use computer hacks to attend virtual sophomore internships for which you aren't a member. . . absolutely fantastic risk-reward profile that's got. Maybe you'll pick up a few skills and meet a few people, but if you're caught, your chances of getting a career in IB at any point in the future is pretty much gone permanently. Not to mention the fact that IBers receive confidential info, and if you somehow come to possess it then you might get into a little bit of legal trouble

If you're asking how to "break in" to sophomore IB programs, then do your best at understanding the structure of the banks you're targeting (split between IB/Cap. Mkts/S&T/AM/PWM), meet people at each place and try and understand what each firm values, and just be a normal human being. best of luck

You're literally diversity you dont need a hack...non-diverse sophomore IB can come from only extreme networking and solid experience beforehand and even then you'll strike out at some firms.
