How to lateral in AM?
Very disappointed with compensation and WLB at my current shop ($100B+ Long only AM). Plus, my PM is a former Citadel / Surveyor guy and wants me to call EACH quarter for the companies I follow (somewhere around 150 tech companies). I've had 10/10 reviews but compensation & titles haven't followed. I'm tired and burnt out.
I don't have a big network in the industry so I'm a bit confused about how to start my next job search? Would appreciate any guidance
