How to put this meaningless experience on resume

I am a sophomore student in NYU. I just finished an internship in a local boutique investment banking. But the only thing I have been doing is sourcing companies, and gathering information from the Internet for a list of companies. It's not even more useful than my previous internship. How can I put this on me resume with so mundane tasks?
