How to say that the bank you're applying to is the best without saying it
Hey guys,
I'm applying to FT positions and would appreciate some tips on how to make my Cover Letter impressive and to answer the Why This Bank question. Let's say you are applying to GS/MS/JPM, they already know they are the best in the business, so I guess that mentioning that would be too cliche or generic. So I'd appreciate any tips on how to state that you are aiming at these banks because they are the creme de la creme, without making it that explicit
Any tips that have worked out for you? Or is it just fine to mention this? Thanks

You are overstressing. People will not read your cover letters.
For me when I get a resume dump, I almost never open the cover letter PDF. Just the resume.
