How to secure an offer after superday?
Put technicals aside and assume you can nail the technicals, what other factors go into getting an offer after superday? I hear a lot say that the interviewers have to really like you and at that point it’s fit. Is there anything else that goes into this? Let me know any tips or advice that seems to work well
