How to transition from a STEM degree (B.S. in MIS) position into a career in Wall Street?

Hey Everyone, I graduated from Central Connecticut State University in August 2021 with a B.S. in Management Information Systems (4.0 GPA, summa cum laude). This month, I have been offered my "first" job, post-collegiate, at a Fortune 500 energy company in the Utilities industry. However, I have been employed as a Logistics Coordinator for 7 years. Investment Banking, and other fields such as Private Equity, M&A, REPE, and Reinsurance, have always greatly interested me, but I understand that due to my major and graduation from a non-target school, it greatly hinders my opportunity. What would be the next logical steps in order to break into this industry? How should I approach this situation? Do you recommend any resources or have any advice and/or opinions? I recently turned 26 years old and have been looking at potential master's degrees, but still debating what to pursue. Thank you in advance!
