HSBC vs BMO vs Wells

I got an offer from all 3 banks for commercial banking internship and wanted to know which one I should pick, my goal is to end up at IB after undergrad or a couple years out of it, and want to decided which would be a better platform to get to IB whether that's internally or just by name to use on resume. Include comp, culture, and IB route when ranking or decision, that would be greatly appreciated
