I don’t know what I want to do.

I’m a rising soph studying Econ at umich but I’m not in Ross. Am I screwed for recruiting? I need to know if S&T is the way to go. I’d eventually like to work at a HF. I was first thinking AM then came on here and everyone said it’s nearly impossible to get an AM undergrad internship if ur not from an Ivy or have an insane connection. I’ve sort of ruled out IB since  I’m not money hungry enough to be miserable in my 20s and have no time to breathe. I also ruled it out because I’m at such a disadvantage not being in Ross. Also, is it possible to recruit for multiple things?

AM at a BB is totally doable and a bit easier than IB/S&T (but not exactly ideal for hedge fund exits). S&T would be the better route for HF if you can’t land anything directly out of undergrad
