I need some help with my career

I graduated in 2021 and started working in Wells Fargo India Philippines. Was told it would be an analyst position which got changed midway through the recruiting process to operations accountant. Didn’t think much of it beyond maybe it was an internal designation for analysts which was told to me by the HR. Anyway, figured out quickly that it was nothing but a procession job and I quit after 6 months. I’m unable to find a job right now. I don’t seem to get any replies back to begin with. I’ve been thinking of maybe going for an MBA but I feel some more workex will open better universities for me. How do I go forward from here?
