Assuming this isn't a troll, I'll bite. If you want any potential opportunity to top PE funds (MF/UMM) go Moelis, hands down. If you have ruled out competitive PE firms and want an experience that isn't revolved around M&A/Rx, and more of a private placement (equity/debt) experience, then go WF. This also depends on location. For example, if you are a native of CLT and want to stay there, then WF may be the better choice. Just because Moelis is more "prestigious" doesn't mean it is the right place to go.
