IB Mentors... Best Way to Seek Advice?

Title pretty much says it. I came from a non-target with a very limited alumni network. Outside of the hundreds of LinkedIn and cold emails I have sent, it has been a pain to get direct advice and relationships built within the industry (outside of other junior bankers). I am potentially looking to lateral and seeking overall career advice since there are a lot of polarized posts here. How have you been able to meet and build relationships with senior bankers - VP and above? Any senior bankers reading this willing to help? Thanks!
