You can see HireVue questions before they're asked by the way. Not sure if it works for all banks, but the steps are:

  1. Open the HireVue pop-up window
  2. Press F12 on your keyboard, this will open the developer console
  3. On the top click the "Network" tab
  4. Then go back to the HireVue window and press CTRL and the R key to refresh the page
  5. On the developer console you should see something named "?future-practice-quenstions&include=answers..." pop up
  6. Click it and scroll down on the Preview tab that comes up until you see a line titled "questions:"
  7. Press the arrow to the left of it and you will see lines come up with "0:, 1:, 2:, 3:"
  8. Click the arrows beside each line and expand them, and the line underneath beginning with "text:" in red font will contain the question that will be asked in their respective order

Good luck and godspeed to all of you.

Cannot 100% confirm and might literally be a rumor, but there was word that recruiters can see if someone did this (saw on a previous WSO thread)

great to know, thanks - do you by chance have a link to the thread? or do you remember which firm it was for? thanks!

MS was 2 takes per question, so I’m assuming the same. I don’t think anyone is going to do the HV til last minute; everyone’s waiting to see the questions lmao
