IB SUMMER 2024 - no internship
Hey guys, Was hoping to get some advice.
I am diversity at a non-target with no offers for junior summer 2024. I feel that The main chunk of interviews have already been given but I also know this recruiting stuff can last a long time. realistically, am I done?
I have the possibility to work at a tiny MM bank my junior summer and then maybe try again to lateral. Should I focus on getting this?

I also attended a non-target school, and I remember that the choice firms were done first. What remained were decent firms but not at the same level as those that recruit first. Try finding out if banks like Wells Fargo or Truist are still recruiting.
And keep working on getting your volume increased in terms of everything (networking, interviews etc). How many interviews have you been in before?
If all else fails you can try to lateral, as you said. Obviously not ideal but better than nothing.
