Looking for some advice. Transitioning from credit risk and interviewed for a 1st yr (2015) Analyst position in IB at a bulge bracket bank. I received good feedback from the IBD coverage team that I interviewed with and HR called me two weeks ago (9/21/15) regarding a background check and two days later, got salary numbers. It's been two weeks since the initial HR chat and I haven't received a paper offer.
Should I be worried?
