IBD SA Assessments

Been looking online for some help and practice to get better at the SJTs and numerous other assessments banks make you take at the start of the application.I did some last year for spring and I couldn't progress through to the next stage so I really don't wanna mess up this year however I have a feeling my rejections may have something to do with the fact I applied in the last week of the application window for nearly all the internships. Also from my experience I know JPM uses pyrometric games instead of the usual tests so ideally something that could help there too ?Any help or links to practice papers or just useful stuff in general would be much appreciated.(When I say SJT I mean all the assessments such as verbal and quantitative assessments)
