if you could go back ..

to when you were recruiting, what would you do differently?

i'm currently an asian female at a semi-target (?) in my sophomore year. would love some advice from this site and get insight to what you guys would do differently if you could recruit again (:

my biggest flaw is probably networking -- i'm horrible at it, so i would appreciate any tips / learn what you guys would do if you were in my shoes
