Lots of threads on this but I’ll add some advice

  • Wear a suit that fits and isn’t flashy
  • Ace the technicals and modeling test
  • Have a good reason for “why IB?”
  • Be friendly to the other candidates, assuming there are others
  • Genuinely listen to the people you are interviewing with and ask questions that respond directly to what they are saying
  • Don’t be too stiff, I know it’s hard but try to visualize the place as your new home and allow yourself to be comfortable
