In person superday advice?

Hey fellas, as title said, are there any tips for an in person superday? How to dress/talk/secure the offer? Thanks

Lots of threads on this but I’ll add some advice

Genuinely listen to the people you are interviewing with and ask questions that respond directly to what they are saying

Don’t be too stiff, I know it’s hard but try to visualize the place as your new home and allow yourself to be comfortable
