Inappropriate to ask analyst out to chat over beer?
Incoming intern and flying in early, but will be there the night or two before training begins. Will only have a weekday night before it gets busy. Is it weird to ask an analyst post 7pm to grab a beer to chat/catchup if you’d coffee chatted before over the phone?
As long as the analyst is of the opposite sex, you preface with a compliment regarding their appearance, and do not take no for an answer. Persistence and relentlessness will go a long way in reviews.
