Internal Lateraling
Hi everyone,
I'm a rising senior from a non-target school with 3.8 in Finance and Political Science. I'm heavily involved with a lot of things on campus but because of this I did not put as much effort into 2017 summer internship recruiting. Despite this, I'm currently interning in Commercial Banking and I personally do not think that's the route I want to go in. I have been performing pretty well so I think I will get a FT offer but I was wondering if anyone had some tips on internal lateraling? If I can't necessarily get help from my manager how can networking/cold calling help me? Thanks for all the help
