Internship at IB regional Boutique in México or Big 4 M&A(European Student)

Hi, I graduated from Bocconi for my bachelors in November and currently going through a 6 month internship in Big4 M&A team which will end right before the summer. I’m targeting a MSc in Finance for September 2025 at schools such as ESCP(MiM), IE, Esade, St Gallen, Imperial etc.  Due to personal reasons, I would need to spend the summer in Mexico and I believe it would be a good differentiator in my CV to have an experience there during the summer (I would also get my already good Spanish to an almost perfect level).  I asked the same Big4 I’m working in now, to have a 3 months summer experience in the M&A team, but I am also contacting smaller regional boutiques. I don’t think I would be able to get a role at BB with offices in Mexico as I have little experience and my degree is in Economics and CS. What do you think would be the best opportunity for me, considering my goal is to get into a BB or EB after my masters degree? Do you have any advice or considerations I should keep in mind?
