Internship choice: BlackRock Sales and RM FIG vs. Deutsche Bank Capital Markets

Hello WSO community,

Junior at a semi-target, got internship offers from the above two places. Deadline next Friday. I wonder which one is a better choice for me in terms of career development? What are the exit opps for both?

I believe that DB just integrated part of their LevFin team into the capital markets rotation program, so it looks pretty attractive if I do have the choice to rotate on the LevFin desk/potentially work full time there too.

I am thinking about going into hardcore IBD/AM/HF/VC/PE/Bschool later in my career. Curious which one will be a better fit for me for next summer.

Thanks
