Basically, I started a remote internship in early 2023 and intended to end it in June 2023. It was an assignment-based internship where the analyst would give me tasks and I'd email him the deliverables. He always took a long time to respond and as such when June rolled around he had replied to an assignment from May and gave me another assignment to do. I felt like I could not really say no and as such I did not formally end my internship until August. However, I started another internship in June and as such worked both of these internships concurrently for the July and August months. I feel like it's a bad look to work two internships concurrently(?) Is it ok on my resume to say my internship ended in June? Just worried about background checks in the future. Is claiming an internship ending earlier than it did a discrepancy that could get me in trouble down the line?
