Internships after freshmen year?

I just finished my senior year of high school and will be going to a target school next fall. IB has been on my radar for a while now so I have done all the finance clubs at my high school and managed a portion of our endowment fund. Over the summer I have been helping a high school alumni put together a leverage finance course, and in turn, learning the ins and outs of the life cycle of refinancing and direct lending deals (building comps, credit analysis, 10-k and capital structure review) as well as becoming versed in excel. On top of that I have completed a typical financial modeling course (DCFs, LBOs, etc.). Does this leave me with a competitive advantage for internships after my freshmen year? Do any banks even offer internships after freshmen year? I would appreciate any answers or advice. Thanks
