Interview Prep: Is this how a DTL works?
Let's assume we have a BS where we have $100 in depreciable assets and $100 in equity.
If the assets are only book tax-deductible and not cash tax-deductible (40% tax rate), then would the BS look like: $100 in assets and $40 DTL / $60 equity?
