Interview Question (GS/MS/JPM)
Dumb question but was wondering if they still ask brainteaser/mental math questions for IB at top investment banks like GS or MS. I heard that they are pulling away from this but I'm not entirely sure. Any insight would be appreciated.

How did you study for them? I'm not necessarily the best at these type of questions. I feel like technicals are a lot more straightforward but brainteasers are something else.
You can’t, it’s to see if you can be quick on your feet. I’d guess just having a Structured thought process is the best
Last year interviewed for SA at one of those banks and was asked brain teaser once. Interviewer was an ED and he said he didn’t wanna ask but it was required (or something similar).
