Hey all! I have an interview scheduled with the executive director of a big multinational IB this monday for middle office associate position. It is really giving me jitters. Earlier, I have had interviews with two analysts, associate and an executive director and the feedback was mostly positive. Then they asked me to submit a technical assignment which I did. Now, I have the interview with the ED. Not sure what to expect! Technical or fit questions? Any help would be greatly appreciated. The interview will be only for 30 minutes.
