Investment banking internship/networking
Hi guys, I have been wanting to ask this here. I will be starting my SA role at an MM IB and I hope to convert that into a full time offer. My first priority is to convert that internship into a full time offer but meanwhile before I start my internship, should I keep on networking with smaller firms in my city just to keep a network for any future opportunities e.g I dont have an offer (worst case)? Im just confused on this like would it even make any sense to reach out people cuz my top choice is the place where I’ll be inerning.
