Is being an Asian Female diversity or nah?
I know being a woman is diversity sometimes and being Asian absolutely isn’t but what about them together? (For consulting or for banking)

diversity bc of the woman part, not asian - many Asians in finance today. Good luck!
Asians are never considered diverse unless you're recruiting at a really small fully white shop lol
Considering the majority of female diversity candidates are white, I see no reason why not
Wait really? Did not expect that at all. assumed there were a ton of Asian girls in business.
Yeah there are a lot of asian girls, but there are just more white girls in the country. Barring California, the US is like 70% white and 5% Asian. Kind of weird HR has decided Asians aren’t a minority or ‘diversity’.
Yes. You’re a woman which especially in banking is still sought after
Is that true for consulting too?
I'm not super familiar with consulting but yea you are still diversity (I'm assuming but pretty confident). Although you could argue it won't " help " you as much because there are a lot more female applicants in consulting so it's less of a differentiator. Just my opinion / conjecture - not very familiar with consulting at all. Feel free to PM if you wana talk further about this
Yes big time
Yes, female is diversity.
