Is it just me?

Is it just me or are other graduating seniors also struggling with full time recruitment this recruitment cycle?

For context, I'm in the US, attend a target school, and have a BB SA and am still struggling getting a decent offer.

What do you mean, you have an SS offer, but are struggling with FT recruiting? You're a junior who hasn't done SA yet, and you're simultaneously recruiting for FT before you've done your summer? Or you did summer, and possibly didn't convert FT offer?

Sorry I meant that I had done a BB SA and am still struggling with FT recruiting. Am a graduating senior, not junior

Am with you mate. It’s been a brutal cycle and conversion rate from SD to Offer can be low af.

After a few early morning flight to NYC, I still got nothing at the moment.

God bless
