Is it normal to lose direction

As the title implies basically have a good job BB/FO going on 3rd year now in June been looking to move for a while haven’t been the happiest doing my job but at the same time I don’t really fuck up anything and add value where I am at but miserable doing so. Honestly lately I feel like I lost direction in life not knowing what I wanna do. For a while I’ve been trying to move into another seat and hasn’t worked and now I kinda just feel like I don’t know what I wanna do in life, career wise is this normal?
