Is it too late?

Hey guys, rising junior at a non-target school (Grand Canyon University) here.

To be completely frank, I messed around my freshman and sophomore years and now I have little to no technical knowledge in finance besides somewhat decent excel and accounting skills.

My resume is weak in terms of experience, and I only have my above average GPA to help me. I have no experience in the industry whatsoever and I barely managed to get a few connections.

I saw that internships for NEXT summer are already done recruiting and am terrified now. Is it really too late for me? What should I do? I would appreciate any pieces of advice.

Too late for what ?

To break into IB? No

To break into IB out of UG? Probably not

To break into IB at a BB top group out of UG? Perhaps

Anyway, just do your best to get the closer to what you want and figure out if it worked later
