Is it worth it for international students to consider studying in the us and landing a job there

im from singapore and looking to apply to target schools in the us to do econs and finance to hopefully break into ib but ive been reading about the difficulty in getting a h1b visa and landing a job. is it possible to even get hired if i get a degree frm a t15 school as an intl?

Since im frm singapore i qualify for the h1b1 visa which is rlly easy to get but do banks know abt this and does it even make a difference?

if not what other countries can i look into pursuing my career at as i do not want to settle in asia.
