Is the WSO Resume Template ATS Friendly?
Maybe I'm coping hard here - is the WSO template compatible with ATS given it has columns and rows inserted to divide sections (screenshot below)? When I look at other templates, like the one from HBS, they do not seem to divide their sections the same way. I am wondering if I'm getting screwed by these dividers, or maybe the content of my resume really is that bad lol. Please advise.
