Is this a dumb idea?
For some content, I have an 2025 SA offer at a bulge bracket in public finance, but I wasn't able to land a generalist M&A role at a reputable bank. I am thinking of extending graduation or taking a gap year as a rising junior at Georgetown to re-recruit for IB.
be careful as to not dox yourself with what school you go to. people who work at these banks lurk on here....
