Based on the most helpful WSO content, the holiday season, especially the two weeks around Christmas and New Year's, is generally not ideal for sending networking emails. Many professionals are either on vacation, wrapping up year-end tasks, or simply not as responsive during this time. Your efforts might get buried or overlooked.

The advice to start again in the first week of January is solid. By then, people are back to their routines, and your emails are more likely to get noticed. In the meantime, you can use this period to refine your outreach strategy, research potential contacts, and draft personalized emails so you're ready to hit the ground running in January.

This week is pretty dead. Try January 2nd and after.
