Is transferring FT after SA also impossible at the moment?
I’ve heard that lateraling at the moment is pretty much impossible. When people say this, are they also implying that lateraling after your SA stint to a different bank impossible as well?

Yeah. Lat market dead. Gotta be tough for FT hiring as well.
Yeah in this environment I’d just try to get the return offer and lateral after a year. Who knows if the market will be better by then, but it’s dead now for sure.
