JOB OFFER CHOICES, help! Big 4 vs GS vs mid tier Bank

Hi,

I am from a top 10 university, economics and ACA qualified from a top 6 firm.

I want some advice as to which choice to take... i enjoy managing people, and variety but not the crap that comes with audit.

I really enjoy financial derivatives and pricing, and dont mind accounting.

I want to choose the choice that in the long run ends up with the highest pay, but greatest chance of a high salary (less competition).

THE CHOICES:

Goldman, product control

Mid tier bank, private equity head office accountant

big 4 IB audit division, assistant manager.

I'd say Goldman as it is probably a bit of both derivatives/pricing and accounting, plus is a good name for the resume. I would guess they pay the most too.
