Job transition

Hello WSO community, i am currently doing an administrative role at a BB on the WM side, I was a 2017 summer intern and got hired on after the internship was over. I have recently spoke to a recruiter for a equity research internship for the summer of 2019. Obviously my end goal is to be in IB, however i will take whatever i can get at this point as i have not had to much success lining up anything on the IB side. My question is if you guys were in my situation would you take the summer internship in ER at a small-mid size Texas bank or stay in my current role until graduation at the BB? which would have the best exit opp into IB?

Thank you, any feedback would be appreciated.
