JPM CIB risk vs MM ER

Hi there, I got 2 offers but am not sure which one is better for a top MBA/MBB/buy-side:

first offer: JPM CIB credit risk, tier 2 city; heard it's arguably an FO job in JPM. Exists include top BB IBD and T10 MBA program.

second offer: Equity research associate at a low-tier MM, will work with an analyst of great ranking; tier 1 city. Typical exists are BB/EB ER.

TIA!
