Please make sure this position is outside of the US
This role would be middle office at best, but JPM does have roles in credit risk that are closer to FO
so you want to say is this job is MO but the role is FO because its JPM?
No. This role is definitely BO/MO - "CIB Operations"; this is an ops role not finance. CIB credit risk, i.e. actually on their credit teams working on financings/amendments, would be front office within JPM.
I wouldn't really know what exits from this role would be but I think you would have to make an extra stop in a more technical role before trying to move into M&A or something else in banking
