JPM fund of hedge funds group interview
Does anyone know what this group is about? I received an email from someone in the department of risk management and quantitative analysis inviting me for an interview. Isn't it too late for this? Is this a middle office position? What would an intern typically do? Thanks!

excellent questions to ask the person who e-mailed you or ask during the interview (with the exception of "is this too late" of course).
yes definitely questions you should ask the person who emailed you or whoever interviews you. "tell me more about the group..."
The risk management part throws me off, but JPM FoF is within JPMAM and is a front-office role (assuming this isn't support for the Fof group, which I doubt it is). On piece of advice: have an answer to the question "so why don't you have an internship lined up already?". I interviewed for one position late in the recruiting cycle for my SA and got that question.
