JPMorgan Chase FADP DE
Accepted an offer to work at JPMC this summer in their FADP in Newark DE. Was wondering if anyone had already gone through this program and if they had any tips or really just a review of how they liked/disliked it. Some specific questions would be nice if someone could answer: -% of summer analysts offered full time? (do you just have to be competent or really stand out?) -Any way to get out of DE and maneuver into NYC offices? -pay-scale? -office atmosphere? heard it's not the best
