Junior Off-Cycle Internship

So, I just finished my sophomore year at Dartmouth, and am looking for an off-cycle internship right now. I have a pretty good resume and GPA, just not quite good enough to get an off-cycle internship at a big bank.

However, among the options I have are an unpaid winter internship with Protocol Capital Management, which does some hedge fund advisory services, and a fall internship with a small private equity firm that primarily invests in middle market companies. In addition, I have a couple opportunities to work at some boutique banks such as Vista Point Advisors and Hypatia Capital. Are one of these a clear favorite over the other if I hope to land a summer analyst role in banking junior summer?
