Keep or throw out unrelated jobs

Right now, i'm in my first job out of college. It currently sucks so i'm trying to look for a new one. I didn't have much opportunity, or success i should say in landing an internship in finance during college but i did have some other jobs in lieu. I'm not sure though if its worth listing on my resume. One job was as an assistant manager to a hospitality care service, for four years. it was a family business. The other was a science lab assistant for two years. I only took the job at that time because someone recommended me and I didn't know what I wanted to do.

Is it worth it to list the irrevlevant jobs as one-liners on my resume? My current job info is on my resume in the "related work experience" section.

And if its better to drop both jobs off the resume, should i be worried about not having "enough" on my resume, or interviewers questioning if I did anything during college?
