Landing a role in NYC as an international?
What are my chances of securing a full-time role in New York as a recent graduate from a target school in APAC (e.g. Singapore or Hong Kong), with internship experience in Fixed Income (DCM and Private Credit)? Is it realistic to break in without networking — and if networking is essential, how can I effectively approach it while based in Asia?
