I'm currently an IB analyst from a large balance sheet bank trying to lateral to a BB/EB. Started to interview earlier this summer. Got some interviews but it seems like the lateraling market is dead right now (besides for Associates).
Has anyone experience a slow down? And does anyone have a clue when lateraling is going to pick up again?
