Lateraling Out of Coverage Group
While I feel fortunate to have a banking job in this economy, I do not enjoy my industry coverage area. I will of course not allow this to impact my work but was wondering how I should go about lateraling out of my coverage group. Is this done often and does anyone have tips? Thanks.
